TJC provides high-resolution images of artworks in the Collection at no cost for scholarly publications and projects.
Please note that TJC does not hold publication rights for artists represented in the Collection. Where applicable, researchers are responsible for obtaining permission from the artist’s estate or other rights holder before publishing an image.

Interested in a Loan?
The Johnson Collection welcomes loan requests from museums, universities, and nonprofit cultural institutions for exhibitions, research initiatives, and scholarly projects that advance understanding of American art, particularly the art of the American South.
